It’s always best to give me at least a week’s notice – especially for larger bookings, such as multi-day, multi-country, overnight, special interest, foreign-language or larger group tours. The same goes for any bookings in peak summer season, when I’m always likely to be a bit busier. Same for the Self-guided tour, because I need time to prepare the individual itineraries.
*Self-guided tour itineraries requested in less than five days before starting the tour will be charged +20%

All the tour are designed by me. I’m taking care of everything during the planning and before you confirm your final itinerary.
I have a great team of friendly and energetic guides trained by me.
I work with professional mountain guides, photographers, drivers, pilgrim tour leaders, ski and snowboard teachers who lead the specialized tours.

I can still design a guided tour for you and devotes my full attention to your trip. I will create all the itinerary, book the accommodation and provide the transportation for the tour. The only difference is that I won’t lead the tour by myself, but some of my team of professional guides who will be happy to share the beauty of Bulgaria with you.

In short… pretty much everything! The price will include transportation with a minivan including fuel, VAT and a driver. It’ll include entry charges to any place we visit, as well as accommodation and various other related expenses.

I can provide full organization, transportation, accommodation and guiding services. Usually, with groups smaller than 10 people I do not include food in the final price. Anyway I can recommend restaurants where you can have meal open board.

I do not provide assistance with VISA documents, flight tickets and insurance

Sometimes you’ll get a free breakfast at the hotels we use, but other than that you’ll be responsible for your own food throughout the tour. I can always show you the best places to eat though!

The travel insurance is usually NOT included in my other tours but I can happily assist you in purchasing it.

We use our own spacious minivans and vans, and for bigger coaches we hire from other companies.

You’ll need to pay 20% to reserve your tour, and then the other 80% can be paid in cash at the end of the tour. You can pay in BGN, EURO or USD

YES! With these tours, you don’t need to finish in the same place you started from. Just let me know where you want to be dropped off.

We’ll start from wherever you are. I’m happy to meet you from anywhere in Bulgaria or the neighboring countries… just let me know!

If we are not able to visit some of the sights at your convenience the entrance we will continue with the program and won’t go back. The fees and other expenses included in advance in the final price of the tour are not refundable.

Our programs include SINGLE ENTRY for the sights in the schedule. Of course, you can go back whenever you want, but you need to cover all of the expenses as entrance fees, transportation, guide, etc.

If someone in your group is less able, then contact me in advance and let me know some requirements. I’ll always strive to create a tour package that will be inclusive, and tailored to best suit the abilities of your group.

I will usually lead groups in English, although I can also organise tours in Spanish, German, Russian, French or Chinese, with the help of a fluent translator! Contact me in advance, and I’ll be happy to arrange it.
