Omaya eco village is located a few kilometers from the border with Greece in the southeastern slopes of South Pirin Historical region Marvashko. The climate in Omaya is Mediterranean with mountain influences. Non-traditional holiday village Omaya extends on an area of 500 acres.
Maara is the name of the largest river cave in the world with a length of 21 km. Its underground beauty is determined by the vast and varying shape and color stalactites. The underground river gathers the waters of the watershed primarily about Zurnevo (Eleskata valley). Together with four other caves, including the famous cave Alistratska, it forms a river cave system called “Panega”. Maara cave is the second longest among studied so far in Greece.
